I’ve been in Vancouver 5 weeks now, and I’m still pinching myself. It’s not been without it’s testing moments, like getting completely wiped out by a car door on my bike ride home from work and getting some bad news from home but it’s all been outweighed by amazing people, new friendships, mountains, bike rides, yummy food, drinks and just little random adventures. I’m bloody loving it!
It feels good to unpack!!! So I’ve now been in Vancouver for three weeks, it has whizzed by so fast, my feet haven’t touched the ground…but finally today, I moved into my own space (after sleeping on a couch for three weeks) and I got a nice little photography job so I’m feeling pleased with myself.
Now that I’m starting to settle down, I thought i’d do my first blog post and show off a few photos of what I’ve been up to so far, which to be honest has mainly been job hunting, eating, drinking too much and finding somewhere to live.
More to come soon…
Before I blog my first two weeks in Vancouver, I thought i’d show some snippets of my latest work from end of July/August.
August has been a crazy busy but just damn right AWESOME month for me! I’ve shot some beautiful weddings, had some birthday fun, got a new tattoo, ate some cake, worked ALOT, spent time with my crazy beautiful friends and It ended with a bang last night as my friends and family threw me a surprise going away bash. Feeling very blessed, and I think September will be one to remember too as I’m off to CANADAAAA! Wohooo only 9 days to go, let the countdown begin..

Hannah and Matthew got married at the beginning of July in Cumbria. It’s had a brilliant write up from boho weddings, check it out here: http://www.boho-weddings.com/2013/08/06/yellow-and-blue-homemade-wedding-in-cumbria/
